Troubleshooting
Start by checking the selected module's fields and then preview the page outside the editor. Editor selection cues do not necessarily appear to visitors.

| CTA is missing | Add visible action text and a real destination. Blank destinations intentionally hide actions in the relevant modules. For team/event/partner actions, use a supported web destination. |
| Form is missing | Select a native HubSpot form in Form Panel. A heading alone does not select a form. Review form setup. |
| Specification row is missing | Both term and value must be populated. A title-only group has no visible rows. |
| Cannot delete the last specification record | The editor minimum retains one structural record. Clear its fields to return to the supported empty state. |
| Standards Register entry is missing | Add both entry title and information value. Configure document text/destination separately if a link is needed. |
| Team, event, or partner card is missing | Add a nonblank person name, event title, or partner name. Spaces alone are suppressed. |
| Product image is missing | Select an image in that product's image field. Blank media does not generate a frame. |
| Product card is missing | Supply its product name. Check the record in the correct directory or portfolio module. |
| Resource/document row or link is missing | Supply the title for the row; supply action text and destination for its link. These are separate requirements. |
| Header menu is missing | Select an account menu in the global header and confirm it contains the intended entries. |
| Logo still shows another image | Check account brand-logo inheritance and the module's override setting. Check the accessible name as well. |
| Workflow numbers appear twice | Leave Step label blank when the automatic number is sufficient; numbering already follows visible step order. |
| Blog template is absent from the page picker | Select listing and post templates in HubSpot blog settings, not the website-page picker. |
| Blog listing is empty | Confirm the intended blog has published posts and uses the selected listing template. Drafts are not public listing content. |
| Pagination is missing | Check that published posts exceed the configured posts-per-page count. A single-page collection has no pagination. |
| A wide article table is hard to read | Check its local horizontal scroll and remove unnecessary fixed sizing from authored content. Review on a mobile browser. |
| New defaults do not appear on an older page | Saved page/module values can persist. Compare a fresh page and update existing content deliberately. |
| An empty section still occupies space | Its introduction and section spacing may remain after optional records are cleared. Review the whole section rather than adding invented content. |
If a problem persists, collect the affected page, template/module name, browser, viewport, and steps needed to reproduce it. Share screenshots that exclude private information through the provider's support route.
