This Privacy Policy explains how Kohei Matsuzawa, operating as AMYS Studio ("AMYS Studio", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information in connection with MedTech Structure, our documentation, customer support, and related Marketplace activities.
AMYS Studio is based in Japan.

- HubSpot account or business information that you choose to provide;
- purchase, license, installation, or Marketplace transaction information made available to us through HubSpot;

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, patient information, protected health information, or other sensitive data unless we have specifically requested it and an appropriate lawful process is in place.

- directly from you when you contact AMYS Studio;
- through HubSpot or the HubSpot Marketplace where information is made available to Marketplace providers;
- through email and support communications; and
- through service providers used to operate documentation, email, hosting, or support infrastructure.
The MedTech Structure documentation site is designed without first-party advertising cookies or first-party analytics. Third-party platforms and infrastructure providers may process technical information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

- to provide information about MedTech Structure;
- to verify purchases, licenses, installations, or entitlement where necessary;

We may also use third-party service providers for functions such as:

- website and documentation hosting;
- source-code hosting;
- file storage;
- security; and
- technical support infrastructure.
These providers may process information only as necessary for the services they provide to us, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose personal information:
- to service providers where necessary to operate our business or provide support;
- to HubSpot where required for Marketplace or platform-related matters;

Some service providers used by AMYS Studio or HubSpot may operate infrastructure outside Japan.

MedTech Structure is a professional website theme intended for organizations and business users.
