Before you begin

Have access to the HubSpot account where your site will live and permission to create and publish its content. Prepare your company name, logo, navigation destinations, approved copy, images, and any forms you want to use. Available HubSpot tools depend on your account and permissions; the theme does not unlock additional platform features.

Install and select the theme

Complete the Marketplace purchase or installation process for MedTech Structure in the intended account. Once installed, open Content > Website Pages or Content > Landing Pages, choose Create, and select MedTech Structure. Set it as the active theme if you want its templates offered by default. Activating a theme does not migrate existing pages. See HubSpot's theme selection guidance.

Create and edit a page

1. Choose the template that matches your task in the template guide.
2. Give the page a name that your team can recognize.
3. Select a content module in the page editor. Edit its text, images, records, and links.
4. Review the shared header and footer, including their impact on other pages.
5. Select a HubSpot form where you need one. No form is selected by default.
6. Set page title, URL, and search description in the page settings as appropriate.

New pages intentionally use neutral starter content such as Company Name, Product 01, Product 02, and Product 03. Replace these with your organization's approved content before publishing. Resource titles are starter copy, not supplied downloadable files. Empty images, facts, links, and directories let you add only information you can support.

Preview and publish

Use the editor's preview options to review desktop and mobile layouts. Check actual links, form behavior, heading order, image descriptions, and long content. Also review a real mobile browser when possible.

Resolve HubSpot's publication requirements, complete your organization's content review, then choose Publish or Update. Open the published page to confirm the result. Publishing one page does not automatically configure your blog or system templates.

Existing pages can retain saved content when theme defaults change. A newly created page and an older page may therefore show different starting values.
