MEDTECH STRUCTURE / DOCUMENTATION

Responsive behavior and accessibility

Documentation home

MedTech Structure is designed with responsive layouts, visible keyboard focus, semantic content structures, a skip link, image alt fields, and reduced-motion handling. These features do not certify the accessibility of your finished website. Buyers should verify their final authored content, branding, forms, and integrations.

Review your authored pages

  • Keep one clear page-level heading and a logical sequence of section headings. Choose heading levels by structure, not visual size alone.
  • Give links meaningful labels and real destinations. Avoid several ambiguous links when more specific wording would help.
  • Describe informative images with useful alt text. Decorative images can use empty alt text where appropriate; logos need an accessible name.
  • Recheck contrast after changing brand colors, especially on dark sections and form controls.
  • Use table headers that explain the data. Keep tables as data tables rather than page-layout tools.
  • Review form labels, instructions, error messages, consent content, and confirmation behavior in the selected native form.

Keyboard and motion review

Navigate with Tab and Shift+Tab. Confirm visible focus, the skip link, mobile menu disclosure, submenu buttons, links, and forms are usable. Use Escape to close header disclosures. Check any added third-party components separately.

The theme reduces its motion effects when the visitor requests reduced motion. Embedded media and externally supplied widgets may have their own behavior and need separate review.

Responsive review

Useful preview sizes are 1440×900, 768×1024, and 390×844. Check long headings, menu labels, cards, forms, image crops, and article content. Wide blog tables should scroll within their own region rather than widen the page.

Review the browsers and devices your audience uses, including desktop browsers, iOS Safari, and Android Chrome where relevant. This is a review checklist, not a guaranteed compatibility or certification statement. Also inspect zoomed text and real touch interaction.

Native password, search, and subscription components require their real configured flows to be reviewed. A visual preview alone does not prove that a subscription change or protected-page interaction works.
