Documentation and theme versions

This is documentation edition 1, prepared against theme version 0.1.0. The installed theme's version is recorded in its theme metadata. Ask your implementer to confirm that value when comparing behavior across installations.

Documentation editions describe the available controls and behavior; they do not automatically change your installed theme or existing page content. Check the provider's release information before applying an update.

Before significant customization or an update

Keep a backup or recoverable copy of your content, settings, and customizations. Record which templates and forms your site uses. Have an implementer assess a child theme for code customization instead of assuming Marketplace theme code can be edited directly. HubSpot describes this in its theme management guidance.

Preview representative pages, shared navigation, forms, blog content, and system flows after changes. Do not assume an update will overwrite saved page defaults or preserve an unreviewed customization automatically.

Getting support

Support contact information will be supplied through the Marketplace listing or provider profile. Use that published route for theme questions. Include your theme version, affected template/module, browser, and a clear description of the behavior. Do not send passwords, access tokens, patient information, or other sensitive data.

For account access, subscription availability, or native HubSpot service issues, use the support options available for your HubSpot account. This guide does not promise support response times, service levels, or custom development.
