Select a native HubSpot form

  1. Prepare the form in HubSpot with your intended fields and submission handling.
  2. On the page, select Native form panel (the Form Panel component) and open Select a form.
  3. Choose your form and edit the optional Form heading.
  4. Review the native response options: inline message or redirect, including the selected redirect page or URL where applicable.
  5. Preview and submit using appropriate non-sensitive sample information. Confirm the intended response and submission handling before publishing.

No form is selected by default. Until a form is selected, visitors see no form or confirmation message; a configured heading can remain visible. The editor can show a selection cue that is not public form content.

The field's starting response is inline with a thank-you message. Review that message for your process after selecting a form. Recipient settings, consent, CAPTCHA, validation, and any follow-up automation belong in HubSpot. The theme does not configure CRM workflows or promise delivery or response times.

Form rendering and styling can depend on the native form version and settings. Review the selected form on your actual page, including errors, focus, and confirmation behavior. Use theme-level Forms settings and the module's compact/standard spacing controls where applicable.

Configure conversion actions

Conversion Panel supports primary, secondary, and additional actions. Primary Action Link is a standard destination link styled as a button; it does not require a HubSpot marketing CTA asset.

Supply meaningful action text and a destination appropriate to the action. Blank destinations suppress actions in the relevant modules. A Conversion Panel can show copy without buttons, and its empty action area is omitted.

Use actual web/page/file destinations supported by the selected module. Do not use a bare hash as a temporary link or assume every module accepts every link type. Check that published links resolve and that any files are approved for public access.

Before publication

Review contact routing, form consent text, submission destinations, and any file delivery or redirect. The theme supplies no default phone numbers, email addresses, or response-time commitments. See troubleshooting if a form or action is missing.
